BBQ Style Chicken

I found this recipe at Weight Watchers and it's sooooo easy and really good!

Serves 4
WW Points: 6 pts. per serving

BBQ Style Chicken

Ingredients:

16 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breasts ( I used chicken tenderloin)
1 cup Ketchup
12 ounces diet cola
4 high fiber hamburger rolls

Instructions:

Combine the ketchup and diet cola in the skillet. Stir well. Add the chicken breasts. Bring
to a boil; reduce heart and simmer for about 5 minutes. Turn chicken; cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Remove chicken from skillet. Continue cooking liquid until it thickens. Meanwhile, shred
chicken by "pulling" apart with two forks. Add back to liquid. Cook 2 more minutes. Divide among rolls.

*Core plan users may substitute a baked potato instead of the rolls.
